Tankless Water Heater Annual Descale and Cleaning
Our tankless water heater maintenance service includes the following:

Using protective barriers to respect your home

Overall inspection of the unit, the surrounding water lines, venting, and electrical/gas connections

Documentation of the units condition and any issues

General cleaning of unit inside and out to remove dust

Cleaning of air intake and exhaust screen

Inspection of high wear items such as, heat exchanger, ignitor, vent fan, etc.

Complete flushing of unit and run descaling solution to clear built up sediment
