Contract is between Simply Water Heaters LLC and the Owner/Insured/Responsible Party for the below property hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, for plumbing repairs or upgrades to be performed on their premises.

The estimate attached to this contract is for all work at the request of the Customer with regard to quality and with any materials used. Substitutions with materials of equal quality may be made where the exact original materials are no longer available.
This estimate merely reflects an approximate evaluation of the project. Any changes, additions, and/or subtractions (credits) might be added or needed, specifications that cannot be changed without a written change order signed by the owner and the contractor (as outlined in section 517.7 (a7) of the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.).

This Contract is between the Customer and While the company may offer estimates and other assistance to the Customer, the Customer is responsible for obtaining and disbursing to all payments in accordance with the terms indicated below.
The Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection can be reached at 1-800-520-6680 to confirm contractor registration with the Office of Attorney General, and any other questions/concerns regarding the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.
Contractor agrees to maintain at all times during this scope of work liability insurance covering personal injury in an amount not less than $50,000.00. Contractor also agrees to maintain at all times during this scope of work liability insurance covering property damages caused by the work of the Contractor in an amount not less than $50,000.00. Contractor warrants and represents that at the time of signing this Contract he maintains insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000.
This Contract shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes or controversies arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by the Contractor and Owner by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive general jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and any applicable courts from any decision thereof.
Any Rebate or compensation, of any kind or amount, that is available from any source including Utilities, Governments or any consumer programs, are not the responsibility of Simply Water Heaters LLC.
Customer acknowledges and agrees to allow to place a temporary yard sign on the property listed for this contract during the time of work and up to 1 week after completion of job scope.
